I would like to thank Will at QTS for his quick response, and arranging at short notice to replace our roof as initially it should have been a repair, but when his team started the repair the roof was rotten so had to be replaced, I would highly recommend this company.

For me, roof repairs, always seem to cause distrust, and the fear of being ripped off, and no one really likes to hear the news that you need more work carried out than you thought. But Mr Will Small and his team, have done an exemplary job replacing the felt on my roof prior to solar panels being fitted. If in doubt research the repairs online and compare with what you have been told, but I think you are in safe hands with QTS National.

Promptly contacted me and attended to inspect and effect temporary repair. Agreed to attend and carry out works .This was done even quicker than agreed due to another job not being ready.

I contacted a number of roofers for quotes, most did not get back to me. Will got back to me the same day, and attended the property the next day to view the roof. He sent me the quote by the evening. I have not yet had any work carried out as I'm waiting for my purchase to complete, but I was very impressed with his efficiency and communication.

100 year old roof was failing and leaking. Replaced with slates to a very high standard, much admired by people passing by. The staff were efficient, friendly and courteous and did a quick but excellent job.
